A Bit of History
HTML was created in 1991 with the development of multi-media for the Internet (which before serviced only the Military through ARPANet). By 1993 a browser was created called Mozilla. In 1994 Netscape, built upon the Mozilla technology, was launched as the most favored browser Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the World Wide Web. By 1995 animated GIFs were introduced and so was Java Scripting, the new interactive language that launched the ability of web site interactivity.
What You'll Find Here
The knowledge of HTML is only as important as you want your web site to look good and function with perfection.  Messy programming, even in HTML, can keep a web page from looking clean and sharp.  There are many web sites that give you good HTML code information so we will not repeat what they have already done.  After all, why re-invent the wheel?  The same goes with Java Applets and Java Scripts.  There are many rollovers, drop down menus, and such, out there free for the taking.  Many are quite wonderful and you can find them all over the Internet, just type in Java Applets or Java Scripts in your favorite search engine.
We have a few pages with some HTML references that may come in handy when you need it.  We also have some pages you'd find interesting with Java Applets.  We add only those we feel are unique, interesting, or long time old favorites.  Check out the links below, you may find them useful.
