Science n. 1.a. The observation, identification, description, experimental investigation, and theoretical explanation of phenomenon. b. Such activities restricted to a class of natural phenomena. c. Such activities applied to an object of inquiry or study. 2. Methodological activity, discipline, or study. 3. An activity that appears to require study and method. 4. Knowledge, especially that gained through experience.(*2) Science has many fields of study. None of which is based on speculation, speculation is inconclusive and has no evidence and science must have evidence to be conclusive. That is not to say that the inconclusive evidence of a subject (i.e. the life of humans) is not science, it is science in the making with the gathering of evidence. With the definition of Science, as stated above, especially number 4., we are all walking scientists of our own lives. Our Science Area Take a look at some of the greatest phenomena of life that scientists have discovered.
