IE 5.x (Internet Explorer) may not be able to load the images.
If after the browser says it is done (located at the bottom of the browser in the Status Bar) and you still do not see the Rotating Earth then you will need to download Netscape. You can download one of two versions.

Netscape 6.2 (Installs over Internet) Right click link then "Save Target As" to save Installer file.	or	Netscape 4.x (Complete or Base Install) Click on link to view choices
