- All products are sold "as is" unless the seller has a satifaction return policy in which case the following will take place:
- If the buyer is not satisfied with the item, once received, the buyer will ship it back to the seller (buyer's cost) and the sale price, less shipping, will be refunded. Read Special Note for more information.
- If the item does not reach the buyer (because it was lost or stolen) the following conditions need to be met:
- If the buyer purchased insurance then the following will take place.
- If the seller purchased a Return Receipt then the following will take place:
- The seller has 14 days from date of the shipping to wait for the Return Receipt to return. This is to insure that the item did not get delivered.
- After the 14 days and the receipt has not been returned the seller has 3 working days to notify HexaDyne LLC to make the refund.
- When HexaDyne LLC receives the email from the seller stating a refund can be made, HexaDyne LLC will have 5 business days in which to send a full refund check to the buyer, including shipping & handling.
- If the seller did not purchase a Return Receipt then HexaDyne LLC will send a full refund, including shipping & handling, to the buyer.
- If the buyer does not buy insurance then no refund is available. The seller nor HexaDyne LLC is responsible for any lost or stolen shipments once it has been shipped. Read the Special Note.
Seller will be required to prove the item was sent.
SPECIAL NOTE: All items sold in the Cyber Yard Sale is sold "as is". If any garantees are included then refunds are purchase price only unless insurance was purchased. You, the buyer, will pay for the cost of the return of the product therefore make sure you want the product. Once the seller has shipped out the product the seller nor HexaDyne LLC, nor any affiliates associated with HexaDyne LLC or the seller, are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. If the product is really important to you then you will need to purchase insurance if you want a guarantee refund on any lost, stolen or damaged items.
