Terms of Shipping & Handling --

  1. Delivery Time

    1. All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days after all funds have been cleared, verified and approved.  The time it takes for it to reach your home depends on the USPS delivery system which we have no control over.  However, usually the estimated delivery time within the USA & Canada is 3-7 days.  Overseas is usually 10-30 days.  If you choose FedEx Overnight it will be overnight within the USA & Canada.  International FedEx is not worth the cost of shipping for the products purchased on this site and therefore will not be an option  (see our FedEx overnight policy).

    2. If you do not receive your merchandise within the allotted time follow our Terms for Recovery policy.


  2. Shipments

    1. Shipping & Handling is sent via USPS and the price is based on weight, size, and packaging of the item.

      • Follow the FedEx terms if you do not want it sent USPS.

    2. Items shipped via USPS will be sent domestic First Class postage, Airmail Letter Post or Global Priority Mail Flat Rate for international shipments.

      • Here is a table of which shipping type is used to which country/state:

      • The shipping prices vary depending on weight but for an example lets use a Lapel Pin as a shipped item. For a Lapel Pin the following are the shipping & handling prices:

    3. Insurance cost will be listed for your convenience and will not be added in the original purchase price.  Insurance is purchased through the USPS.  Upon purchasing if you want insurance you will need to fill in the Insurance cost yourself.  If you wanted insurance but did not include the cost in the purchase then the terms will be as if insurance was not wanted by you.

      • If the product is really important to you then you will need to purchase insurance if you want a guarantee refund on any lost, stolen or damaged items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items without insurance coverage once the item has been shipped. Your credit card may cover your purchase for any lost, stolen or damaged items, if you choose not to purchase insurance, but you must find out through your credit card agency to be certain.


      NOTE: Please be aware that some countries have problems delivering USPS mail to your home and you may not receive your mail at all. One such country is South Africa. If you are from any country that has these shipping problems then the risk is all yours and there are no refund guarantees if you do not purchase insurance.  If you have had problems in the past with receiving mail from USPS then you need to consider purchasing USPS insurance (if USPS allows insurance purchases to your country - it does not for South Africa).


  3. Federal Express for overnight shipping is only available if you fill out the Non-PayPal form and send a check or money order.  The amount of the FedEx charge can be found on their website (read these instructions on how to figure FedEx charges).  The product will be sent as soon as all funds have been verified and transferred and the "overnight service" commences at that time.  If you send a check, allow 2-3 extra weeks for it to clear. 

  4. Cancellations

    1. You have three days in which you may cancel your order for no reason.  You must do the following to receive a full refund:

      1. Notify us by email immediately using refunds@hexadyne.com by forwarding a copy of the PayPal email receipt you received (minutes after you purchased the product) and in the Subject line put "Cancellation Request".

          NOTE: Your refund will be sent to you at the address listed in your order form (which is on your credit card or check).  If you want the refund sent anywhere else then you will need to send a verification that it really is you who are requesting the refund by sending a scanned image of your driver's license with your name and the address on the order form (which is the address that is on your credit card and/or check).  Send the scanned image with the forwarded PayPal receipt email.  No other form of identification will be acceptable. 

          If you do not have a driver's license, do the following:

          • In the forwarded copy of the PayPal email receipt requesting the cancellation, in the Subject line put "Cancellation Request - Sending Notary Letter".

          • Then you will need to make a printout of our Cancellation Letter, fill it in, sign it in front of a notary public, have it notarized by the notary public, and then mail it to:

        Remember! Send us the forwarded email first requesting your cancellation of the purchase.  This MUST be received within 3 days after the purchase.  As long as the email reaches us within the three days it does not matter how long the Notarized Letter will take, your refund will be sent to you as soon as we receive the Notarized Letter.


      NOTE: Once you have made a purchase electronically and it is verified and payment is made to the HexaDyne PayPal account, you can not receive a refund without following the process for a refund as mentioned in Step 1a.  No cancellation of purchase is offered after 3 working days.  If you waited until the fourth day then you are too late as the shipment has been made already and we can not stop it therefore, if you want a refund you will need to follow the Terms of Recovery steps with an explanation as to why you want a refund.  If the explanation is accepted then you may be awarded a refund less shipping.  The determination of this kind of refund is left up to us and the seller.

SPECIAL NOTE: On products we offer that has our HexaDyne Seal of Truth on its detail page, we guarantee that the listed information of the product is true as stated so please, make sure you want the product.  Standard refunds are purchase price only.  Shipping and Handling is not included in the refund should you decide that you do not want it after it has been shipped.  You pay for the cost of the return of the product therefore make sure you want the product.
