Do you have clients that can't read your documents when you send them (over the Internet) because they don't have the program to read it with? Are you planning on getting on the Internet and need to make certain files available to your clients or readers and some have iMacs and all your files are PC? We have the solution for you. Acrobat invented a great way to allow anyone to download and - see a document without having a word processor, read a brochure without having a publication program, or see a Power Point presentation without the use of Power Point. What is it? It is the PDF (Portable Document File). Any file or group of files can be converted into a PDF. Even a form can be converted into a fill in form. We have a couple offers to choose from to make your life a bit less hectic.

Standard Fees

These fees apply to any of the ways we can help you, except In House.

Convert to PDF only - $ .75 a file
Convert to PDF and fill in forms with up to 10 fields - $12.50 a file
Convert to PDF and fill in forms with up to 20 fields - $25 a file
Convert to PDF and fill in forms with over 20 fields - $25 per hour

$25 per hour if there are more than 50 files to convert.

CD Back-up - $25.00 - Free with orders of over $100

In House - We come to you

(Orange, L.A., West Riverside, and Southwest San Bernardino Counties, California.)

In House is for those who have a network that does not allow FTP access, the digital documents are not to leave the premises, or there are just way too many digital files to remove from the hard drive. We offer with or without CD Back-up which is free if your order reaches a certain amount. Files must already be in digital format.

An hourly rate is used with In House work. It requires the installation of certain programs.

$40 per hour flat rate (includes files that need form fields)
(We can install all programs needed and then uninstall them when we are finished unless you purchase the programs.)

Data Transfer- Anywhere in the world

We can do the work by Data Transfer if your network allows FTP access. It comes with or without CD Back-up which is free if your order reaches a certain amount. Prices are the Standard Fees.

Hard Copy

If you have hard copies (real papers) that need to be scanned and then converted into PDFs, we can do that too. We can pick-up and deliver for an additional fee or you can Fed-Ex your papers. It comes with or without CD Back-up which is free if your order reaches a certain amount.

Pick-up and Delivery - $12.50 up to 50 miles (see In House for areas this applies to. Outside this area is negotiated)
Standard Fees apply for the PDF conversion
To scan and OCR - $2.50 a sheet.
